The hotel’s location is very good! Just beside KL Sentral, very convenient if you are taking public transportation maily! The mall beside has a lot of shop and restaurants is another good point!

If the room isn't ready even when it's time to check in, you can't enter the room. They said they would call or email me when it was ready, so I waited on the sofa in the lobby, but an hour had passed and there was no contact.
When I asked the front desk if the room was still not ready, they said they could show me to the room if it was ready now. It felt like my precious travel time had been stolen.
I won't be using this again
