There were complimentary birthday surprises during our stay, and the kids' club was awesome. However, the buffet breakfast could be better. The swimming pool tiles were sharp and could be hazardous. Overall, nice ambiance and service.

From the interior to the ammenities, I absolutely loved everything about it. Just that the pool is a lot smaller then I imagined, and there's a lot of kids. So if you're looking for a romantic gateaway. This is not it. A few options for dining is available in M Resort. They have their own hotel buffet and dining by David Chen? David chin? Darren Chin? I can't remember. But it offers either French Fine dining or Thai casual cuisine. Went for the thai cuisine and it was alright. There's spa and gym too. Otherwise it a nice place to get away from all the stressors in life. Would definitely come back again. There many movies selections to chose from in the TV!

Had a wonderful staycation where great hospitality and services from every staffs. Enjoyed the kid room and swimming pool. Will definitely come back another time.

I was disappointed to find that the facilities only open at 7 PM. This limited schedule made it difficult for me to enjoy the amenities during my stay.

The service and the hotel staff were all great! We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I had an amazing experience staying at M hotel for a night. Excellent service and very friendly and polite staff. I will definitely visit again for the short getaways.

Everything is nice, the design, the room is clean, loving the breakfast too. It was delicious and got variety of foods. But it would be nice to have the pools separated between kids and adults like other hotels I've been to before. We came on weekend and the pool is packed with kids only and got no space to swim as usual. But other amenities are great. We had a nice stay overall. Thank you.

Easy park, fast check in despite long queue, concierge assisting very smooth, clean room, vast breakfast choice, well maintained gym and yoga room, housekeeping very helpful.

Decide to bring our kids to the M resort which is quite a famous kid friendly hotel. There is a kids pool with slide and a kids club. My kids are happy. Memorable trip!

Very relaxing hotel. Eventually we thought this is at some ulu place, but nope, its location is very strategic. After turning into the golf course, it’s an urban retreat in the city. Kids friendly place where they have a huge slide by the pool. Wide variety of breakfast selection. They have all the good points at interior and facilities. The only downside will be the bedding. Thin blankets and the pillow used was not so comfortable, our head will sink to the bottom of the pillow. By the way, thank you for the special arrangement on our special day ❤️

Wonderful holiday stayed at this hotel. My kids are enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and helpful👍🏻
