It's hard to find. The front desk is always not available. Need to call and wait for them to come. The front desk is open 9.00 am in the morning..need to wait..problem we need to check out early. 📞⏰🚫

very nice view, definitely will come again,the view if KLCC Twin Tower,KL Tower, menara PNB, view at the pool was amazing especially at night

Was nice stay, clean, loft design . Just not easy find company for check inn couse too much of them. Check out time till 11 compare most places at 12. Very uncomfortable to wait Check inn after 3. Eating too much time.

It was actually an apartment to rent not a hotel room. Tip: if you want hot water in the bathroom you must press a switch, right next to the light switch.

Pro: location is very close to a shopping mall, 7-11 downstairs Price is reasonable, for a reason Cons: The apartment is kinda noisy as people always bang on their door Also theres no blinds for one of the window so if your neighbor forgot to turn off the patio light your room will be very bright Washroom smell pretty bad too, also the lobby and the common area smell too.

stay 3 nights here, and every day find cockroaches in bathroom and living room.. give 1 star for service especially because of the security guard, he keep kicking us out, even when i'm with my kids waiting for my husband to checkout, can't even sit on the waiting room at G floor, so piss off 😡😡

Great stays with nice pool and views and if it comes with a microwave will be perfect

City view at night was perfect . The room was very comfortables and clean . The facilities were also great . Great stay and will come back again .

This is more of a serviced apartment. We struggled a bit finding the hotel and checking in, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a beautiful view of the city and it’s situated at a convenient location.
