This is the second worst Ascott I've stayed in. I strongly recommend avoiding it. It's definitely been used by foreigners. It smells like curry. The fridge stinks when you open it. The curry smell hits you in the face. I personally feel that the room is not well ventilated. There are some bugs on the bed.

Really very disappointed, very bad hotel, don't know how it got the first place, five-star hotel doesn't even have hot water, it's just closer to the Twin Towers, the service is even worse, it's said to be Chinese service, but no one pays attention to you the whole time! People who want to come here should be very cautious! Only the guy who greeted me at the door was enthusiastic, the others were all cold!

The bathroom door couldn't be closed, the toilet was very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned, the shower water was not hot, the phone in the room didn't work, and I couldn't get through to the front desk. It was ridiculous!
