The worst hotel room I ever stayed in south asia !! Never try come here!! I cannot sleep at all as this reason: 1. There is no Window ＞＞ but in the app, there is no "No Window" sign If I know there is no window, I never try booking here. 2. Strong smoking smell ＞＞ I booking Non-smoking room, but when I open door, Strong smoking smell make me cannot breathe. There is big empty box of cigarett on the table. This means, this is smoking room. 3.No remote controller of airconditioner, and Cannot change temperature ＞＞There is no remote and push button is not working. Bcs room is very small, I feel very cold all night. Also its very old and noisy. So I just turn-off aircon. Because above 1+2+3 = I cannot sleep all night. This is first time I complain to Agoda, but they dont help anything. 4. Tourism Tax RM 10 Its already included in the room rate when I booking, But they force me to pay when I check in, even they check the documnet which show, its already paid by Agoda ( in both sides) After I complain to Agoda, they return 10RM when I check out. Dear future customers, I have been traveling 17 years over 60 countries, Especially, travel south asia for the last 4 years continuously. I stay so many budget hotel in Malaysia also, But This room is my first nightmare in my whole life. Because I cannot sleep all night. NEVER TRY THIS HOTEL SUPERIOR ROOM YOU WILL SEE REAL HELL !!

The female receptionist at the front desk was a cold machine, without any empathy as a normal human being. I booked the hotel online in advance, but I really didn't know that I needed to pay a deposit in cash when I checked in. Since I had just arrived in Malaysia and had no cash on me, I asked if I could pay by transfer or credit card, but I was told no. I suggested that I pawn my passport at the front desk, and I asked my Malaysian friend to send cash over, but please let me check in, and the other party mechanically said no like a claw machine 20 years ago. Well, then I had to leave, and the funny thing was that the money paid online could not be refunded or exchanged.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Kuchai Lama, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel is conveniently located near banks, shops, and a variety of dining options, making it easy to explore the area. However, I would advise against checking in at night. The reception is not always staffed, which could lead to some inconvenience. During the day, the service was fine, but the lack of support at night is a concern. In summary, if you're looking for a budget-friendly place with a good location, this hotel fits the bill, just plan your arrival accordingly!

An average hotel suits its price but stills comfy for a night sleep. Important things is near to the destination we are heading to.

Hotel location is great, and I checked in on midnight. Smooth check in, but cleanliness need to be improve.

Less car Park, room smelling

Location is not bad, but the service is very bad. waited for so long to check in, plan to take a quick shower and short nap here but the toilet and bed are both dirty. Very disappointed.

the reception was sleeping there, i have to wake him up for 20 minutes. no manners!!
