Great stay. Staff is very friendly. Nice room and clean. The buffet breakfast is superb. Definitely book again 🫶🫶

Service staffs were amazing right from the start when we arrived at the hotel. Our luggages were send up to our room door since we are juggling with a wheelchair bound parent. Housekeeping staffs are efficient as w7ell. Cons: no cityview from my room. Quite dissapointed the room aircon was unadjustdable. It keeps lowering down to 17 degs. We had to switch it off a few times because the room was too cold. The breakfast could be better. Overall, family and I enjoyed the stay at verdant.

The room and toilet are quite big. I forgot to take the room picture. Comfortable. The price is worth it. Nice breakfast. Can choose the table facing swimming pool during breakfast.

Air conditioner too cold, Set @ 20°c unable to adjust. (Hotel sent a technician to adjust it but in vien. Actually not adjustable) Too cold have it on while if turned off would feel very warm and no air circulation. I got sick after the first night of stay.

I booking this room from Trip.com......good & friendly staff, room clean, suggest for any person to stay at Verdant hill hotel, because this hotel nearest bukit bintang shopping centre, MRT, pub & club , massage center and jalan Alor foodcourt ......... Breakfast not bad, can repeat this hotel for nextime booking
