Is just a short walking distance to KL tower. about 15 mins walk to Dang wangi mrt. There's a small local food stall opposite the hotel.A nice place to stay

Hotel room is very clean and they took care of all the small details in the room. Location is also very near to KL TOWER and Petronas Twin Tower. Staffs are also very good and very humble.

Check in/out was smooth. Staff all were friendly & pleasant. Informed them that it was for a birthday trip & they decorated the room & provided a complimentary cake. Room was spacious, clean & well maintained. All amenities were functioning such as the washer/dryer & microwave. Parking is free as well. Really enjoyed our stay here :)

The staffs were very helpful to assist to our needs. The hotel was dusty, and mouldy. We found mouldy biscuit under the sofa after we dropped a pen under the sofa. Some of the lights in the room were not working. The hotel helped fixed one of the light. Another light failed again. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and had swapped 1 room as it was spiritually unclean. The new room was slightly better but we decided to forfeit two nights to go elsewhere. 1 of the room had views of the tower. However lights are bright at night, curtains better to be drawn in bed room.

Service at front desk is really nice, but they forgot to bring some things when asked (room card, water, plug). Gym and pool are nice. Dinner is average.

Everything is good. It is convenient to walk around the city. Near train station but traffic is always bad as usual. Staff is very helpful and cheerful too.

During check in the staff gave us a free upgrade to deluxe room,, 2 nights stay the aiir-con not seem not working so well after pass midnight it's not that cold even the temperature turn to 19℃, beside our room 1508 not sure how many pax staying, they in and out quite often and the sound of closing door quite loud. The water at shower room drain quite slow.Hopefully the management will do something about it. Overall 2 nights stay with the value and location so far is good .

The hotel was in a good location, overall, a little bit on the older side, but it was clean and had good amenities. Did my laundry in the room twice which was great!

The bed is a single mattress together, Not a large bed👎I booking is premium room give me is deluxe room👎 The security here is very rude.

My recent stay at Oasis Suites Kuala Lumpur was a little disappointing overall. While the hotel’s location is convenient and the in-room facilities—such as the washing machine, induction cooker, and fridge—are quite practical, the overall cleanliness and maintenance did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The corridor leading to my room was poorly maintained: light fittings appeared loose and unstable, and the walls showed signs of chipping and wear. Upon entering the room, the atmosphere felt dark and gloomy, with very dim lighting that made the space feel uninviting—almost like a ******* house. Although the hotel may claim to follow sustainability practices, the extremely strong water pressure in the shower tells a different story. The hot and cold water temperature was also inconsistent, making showering uncomfortable. I also noticed mold around the bathroom door seal, on the walls, and along the floor edges. Even the mattress had a musty, moldy smell. That said, I believe the cost of the stay is fair, given the prime location and the comprehensive in-room amenities. What truly stood out to me, however, was the service provided by the concierge and front desk team. They were courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—the one element that lived up to 4-star expectations. With some attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Stay here multiple time Nice cosy quiet place to rest and relax... Love the soap.. smell nice Bed is nice n firm Pool is nice n cost.... but pack with guest But breakfast.... Hmmmmm first time I choose with room... And truly the last. Save it and eat somewhere else...
