Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur

Mandarin Oriental is still the place that gives full emotional value. Check-in is the only place where I feel the experience is not good: because I arrived at the hotel earlier than 15:00, the room was not ready. After completing the formalities, the staff said that they would call me when the room was ready. We stored our luggage and went out for a stroll. Because I didn't rest well the night before, I couldn't help feeling sleepy at more than two o'clock, so I went back to the hotel to ask if the room was ready. Another staff member replied that it was ready after checking, but we didn't receive a call. Apart from the unpleasantness of checking in, the other experiences were full~ The hotel can be seen to be a certain age, and the decoration and maintenance are not as good as the Mandarin Oriental in China~ The room is not big, but the view of the tower view room is good~ Chocolate and drinks from the restaurant on the 57th floor next to it were given when checking in, and two bottles of sparkling water were given in the room~ The room was cleaned and turned down service once a day, so every time I returned to the hotel room, it was clean and tidy. The hotel is next to KLCC Park, so the restaurant and swimming pool environment is great, with a holiday atmosphere~ The breakfast products are good, but because the hotel occupancy rate is relatively high, you need to queue up if you go late In addition, we also had a dinner buffet at the hotel. The price was relatively high, but there were many Malaysian specialties and Indian dishes that were very delicious. It was also a good experience~ Although the shopping mall next to the hotel is not as lively as Pa William, it is very good to visit and there are many restaurants. Next time I come to Kuala Lumpur, I will choose Mandarin Oriental.

Brand-wise, the price-performance ratio is super high, haha, the service is fine, the tip was very enthusiastic, stayed for two nights, but the overnight room cleaning was average. The distance is too close, but the tower view from the hotel is not good, haha, distance creates beauty, and there is a built-in conversion plug.

房間比較小，設施有些年代了，入住體驗一般。位置是距離雙子塔比較近

只是靠近雙子塔而已
