Excellent in many ways, especially dining and staff Great value but I am toally perplexed as to why the pool has to close when it rains. I understand that you need to get the lounge cushions in the dry but the idea that I, as an adult, can't carry on swimming in the rain for safety reasons is ridiculous especially considering that no pool attendant is normally present. Are you afraid guests will get too wet or something?

My last couple nights in Malaysia before returning home I wanted to stay somewhere central and with a good level of comfort. Needless to say, here I found it both.
The room has a good size, is clean and comfortable. And even though one is really in the middle of the city, noise levels kept to a minimum, which was a surprising but welcome aspect.
All employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Next time I for sure will try to be able to stay here again!
