The overall room is very clean and the environment is very comfortable, but the outside area is a bit messy. The hotel environment is beautiful and the whole place smells good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

All is good. Love the design and feel. The tv didn't work when I was there and they fixed it after a while. Only suggestion is pls have the in room dining menu in the room.

Very satisfactory accommodation, unbeatable view, strong shower, strong hair dryer, coffee machine on each floor. I will stay in KL again next time.
