Facilities not bad Service was good Ameneties could be better Pool area and park was lovely

Located near Twin Towers of KL…. There is a monorail right opposite the hotel… Very accessible… The room is decent in size too…

1. Aircond is not cold, called the reception 3 times but still no one is coming.  2. Ordered a nasi lemak, and please look at the portion of fried chicken, totally unacceptable.  3. Dusty room, dirty carpet.  4. No specific rules with the swimming pool towel, on the first day they allow us to bring up the towel and return it later, another day they said it’s not allow to bring up the towel?

Very good experience, my daughter very likes the room and the water park, and the hotel giving us a surprise for birthday 🎈 and Cake 🍰, thanks again for the lovely 😍

The room size is great bigger than I have expected. The lift come pretty slow especially during the check out time around 12pm-1pm. I have waited half an hour and yet the lift that arrived all are fully packed. The pool is big and my son enjoy playing water there. The playground is pretty disappointing as it is much smaller and nothing much there.

Overall, all are well and good.. the service was great, checking in was fast with good and clear explanation on the amenities provided by the Hotel. The Hotel provide Express checkout box to make checking out process smooth and fast. Breakfast spread was excellent, with friendly staffs. Except that the swimming pool was too crowded and there aren’t enough cabana/chairs to cater the crowds. My suggestion is for the Hotel to increase the number of cabanas/chairs as the hotel share its pool with Four Points. Otherwise, Im satisfied with my stay. 😊

The hotel has the best service, what can I request to prepare a piece of cake and balloons in conjunction with my son's seventh birthday, they prepared it with full sincerity.. my austere son is very happy and excited.. thank you ❤️

We checked into the hotel at 4 PM, though the check-in process was slightly slow. Thankfully, we were allowed a late check-out at 2 PM, which was a nice touch. However, two of the elevators were out of service during our stay, resulting in longer waiting times to get to our room. There was also an issue with our TNG parking validation — we were charged RM20 when exiting the car park that night, but the hotel assured us it would be reimbursed after verification. Additionally, the bathtub initially couldn’t hold water due to a problem with the waste stopper, but we managed to adjust it ourselves, and it worked fine after that. The location of the hotel is great, with many attractions and conveniences nearby. However, if you go out at night, even to nearby spots, be prepared for heavy traffic in the KL area — it can be quite jammed just trying to get back to the hotel. The best part of our stay was the waterpark and playground, which are shared with Four Points by Sheraton. We had a lot of fun and truly enjoyed those facilities.

Conveniet location. Walkable distance to klcc. Nice swimming pool and playground for kids.

We had a pleasant stay at Renaissance.Especially the kids who thoroughly enjoyed their time at the pool and the playground. Would definitely recommend to families who want to spend quality time.And if the weather fails on you,there's a bathtub to soak in a bubble bath! Hotel is walking distance to KLCC, tho I would recommend taking a Grab for safety if you have kids as the street is busy with uneven pathway.Overall..we would definitely come back!

Hotel has great staff who are helpful and friendly. Amenities are great for families with kids. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. About the room. Its so noisy at night with all the illegal bike racing along Jln Ampang. We were on the 22nd floor and we could barely get proper rest because of the terrible noise coming from the street. I was very surprised the windows were not double paned to at least reduce the noise level. When the hotel provides complimentary earplugs that's surely not a good sign. Its a shame as everything else is well above average.

We stayed one night at Renaissance KL Hotel and had a really great experience. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming. My kids loved the swimming pool, and the breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The location is also super convenient, close to KLCC and many attractions. We’d definitely consider staying here again next time we’re in KL!
