Front desk lady Miss Nurlin provided very good service to upgraded my room .
Room size just nice . Only the water heater pressure having some problem on that day .
Hotel location very convenient surrounding many shop restaurants in 5 minutes walk can reach many shopping mall TRX & Lot10 /pavilion / time square/sungai wang …

The room is okay although a bit small, there is a hair dryer and all the basic needs, a little far from Bukit Bintang, overall nice stay, clean and tidy.
