Room 302 is too noisy - it sounds like mopeds are driving around the room, it's impossible to sleep, ask to be placed in rooms without access to the road

I was given room 114. It was meant for a 2 nights stay but I left after approximately 2,3 hours upon checking in. The bathroom's level of cleanliness is utterly ridiculous. The room floor felt damp. But the creme de la creme of them all are the cockroaches that I found in the bathroom. Need I say more?

The hotel is ok, but there are not many facilities provided.. there is no water heater, no iron.. if you want to iron your clothes, you have to go to the first floor.. there is no TV.. the aircond is ok and cold..

Am very glad with the services provided. The facilites are in good condition. Only the tv, having some minor issue with the volume. Did not have any food coz we just stay for a night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Will surely come again!

The room was extremely poor. I booked a standard twin room for check-in on the 9th, but in fact I arrived at the hotel at around 6 o'clock on the 10th. I was originally going to check in at the Marriott AC in the afternoon and take a temporary morning break. I feel that the hotel did not reserve a room for me as ordered, but randomly gave me a 4-bed room. It faced the street and was very noisy. The sound of motorcycles and cars passing by was very noisy. The room hygiene was extremely poor, and there were dead mosquitoes on the sheets. (Does that prove that the sheets were not changed?) There are cockroaches. The bathroom faucet and basin are leaking water. When you brush your teeth, the washing water flows directly to your feet. The furniture and equipment in the hotel are very old.
