I stayed here because a friend of mine lives here. The rooms are differently luxurious. Reception is on the third floor of the car park. If you contact them via Watsup, you can be assured of an immediate response.
It's neither acceptable nor unacceptable.

The house and rooms are of decent size. Whenever there is a request, it is quickly attended to. Pool and gym are great. Check in and out process is convenient. Only thing the cleanliness can be improved. Will opt to stay here again.

Good location, clean and big room but designated car park is at level 9. Driving from ground floor to level 9 required to about 15-20mins

All the floors are dusty, even inside the toilet. Toilet also not clean, seems didn't even wash after the last stay.
