All good and comfortable (if shampoo and body wash provided is better lah)🥹 Location quite good because it is near petaling street and easy looking for eat

+Great hotel for a reasonable price in the center of the city. Everything is in walking distance, plenty of food, markets, tourist attractions etc. The bed is comfy, towels are clean, WiFi is great. The staff and cleaning are wonderful. Hot and cold water from the dispenser in the corridor. -Smell from the drain sometimes, at night it's quite noisy from the street

Run out electric due to water heater in use. Little buck on the bed cause redness on arm, neck, ear…need improve cleanliness no matter how much was the rate per night..

Nice little decor with nostalgia theme throughout the hotel. Room clean and simple, but pipe underneath the sink is dripping water. At the quiet end of Petaling Street, away from the crowd but still near to all the actions.

I think 1 word sums it up. BEDBUGS! I reserved for 3 nights and had to pack up on the 2nd night at 3 a.m because bedbugs were crawling and biting me in my sleep. It was on my arm and under my pillow. Immediately I showered ,packed , told receptionist and she acted like it was normal, even tried her best to convince me to accept another room. No ma'am! I didn't even ask for a refund and it wasn't even offered. That tells you who ur dealing with.

It was perfect All the staff was so kind and they work hard even late night. I was very impressed about that. And they have wonder view (window). All thing is clean. There was hair dryer and some water too. Perfect trip

Booked my 2nd time here and as usual the room and location of this place is amazing. Asked for a quieter room and they delivered it. I highly recommend this hotel for a either a short stay or long stay because they gave reasonable price for it. And as usual easy access to local restaurants and cafes because all these are reachable by walking!

Basic hotel and it has everything you need. Short walk from Pasar Seni LRT station.

Good to stay but no facility

Such a poor breakfast. Cups for tea and coffee were full of ants. Limited breakfast. Don’t recommend anyone to buy breakfast. It’s really not worthy. Location is good, no doubt about that.

The hotel staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. The biggest problem was the surroundings of the hotel. It is very noisy ALL THE TIME throughout the whole day and night. The pedestrian traffic light comes on every 2-3 minutes and there is a sound it makes every time it comes on. Then people are walking and chanting on the street the whole night with motorists passing. I hope the hotel can do something to make the room sound proof.

At central location near the petaling street market and central market. The staff is very helpful

Since it is a 3-star hotel, I won't have any high expectations on it. The receptionist is friendly enough and checked me in early at 1pm, although the check-in time is 3pm. The deco of the hotel is quite authentic. They also provide the water machine for refill. The hotel location is strategic, which is near the Petaling Street and Pasar Seni subway.However, the area has a lot of vagabonds, which they won't hurt the people at all. The room does not have better soundproof. Overall, as a 3-star hotel, it is considered not bad.
