I think the room I booked under kimiro is slightly overpriced. After I booked, I realised that there are similar bookings with much lower rates. The hotel is managed by several hotel management firms.the toilet has a sewage smell. Seems like the air ventilator is not working.

some damage in the rooms and toilet can be cleaner as the edge part is yellowish. Overall are good.

There were multiple counters for different hotel agents at the lobby area. Also, luggages were stacked up behind the staff behind the counters, which made the whole hotel seemed less prestige and questionable, very different from the advertised photos. We were told that the room was ready, but to check in early, we had to pay an additional RM60. The check-in time was 3PM and we arrived around 1PM. The room smelled weird when we first walked in. There were stains on the bed sheets. The television couldn’t be turned on, and after we informed the counter staff, the housekeeping staff came with a 3-pin plug and pulled out a wire that was tucked away behind a shelf. What’s the point of unplugging the tv and hiding the wire away? Will not be recommending this hotel. You can find better hotels at this price range.

Swimming pool is nice and big with the view of twin tower. However, they will charge even a little bit of food sauce left on bedsheet

The view from 10 floor was not very good, because a building is being built opposite. The room is very big and clean, breakfast 8 of 10. There was no robe in the room.

The Room was good, and the pool was unforgettable. The view was not the best possible from the room, but the location is perfect. As I live in China they sent me all the details in Chinese language, but some people who live in China speak - English. They should send the info in English too.

It is very close to shopping center, Twin tower and KL tower. Housekeeping and reception are kind. The room is very clean, big, and the view is amazing. You can see the entire city from the pool on the 51st floor of the hotel.

This hotel is located in a strategic place. Great view from the room and the swimming pool. Need to prepare RM200 for the deposit required.

Room was spacious, only complaint would be that aircon is not cold enough and the wait for the elevator might be long during peak timing. Other than that, all is good.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, living area. Posh decoration. Only issue is TV Channel doesn't have clear reception. Have to use NETFLIX / YouTube which best requires sign in to an account.

It is a dangerous spot to stay as scammer is just lofting around lobby asking people to change money. The room full of sewage smell, no action taken. Highly recommend trip.com to look into it as it highly potentially fraud.

The apartment is at level 10 of the building - nice view. location is about 10-15mins walking to KLCC. The swimming is nice. At first was slight confused of the lobby but the instruction by host was good.
