Второй раз в этом отеле, в этот раз выбрала более дорогой номер, и он правда лучше, и больше, и с окном (316), но, пришлось съехать оттуда в 430 из-за невыносимого запаха сигарет, увы, не все гости хотят соблюдать правила.

Located right in the Chinatown, very convenient if you want to explore that area. Service was close to none. Required us to whatsapp them before 6pm for room service next day. When I requested, they replied: service wasn't available.
Facilities were quite poor. It's an old building refurbished into a hotel, but they didn't make it well. Take the lift at lobby, then you need to pass through the walkway and take another lift to the room. The room door was old wooden door with new electronic locks, but the lock doesn't even match with the door frame. Staffs there even asked us to slam the door with excessive strength. You can hear everyone slamming the door all the time. Lots of other things are broken: Safety box, the shampoo container, etc...
