The room was generally decent, but the soundproofing was not good. During my stay, no waiter took the initiative to clean the room for 3 days. There were no slippers. When I canceled the order, they charged a service fee of 50 Malaysian ringgit for extending my stay in the original room. This was the first time I encountered such a thing.
