I love my stay at double tree. I requested for a room decoration and they did it! So lovely. The booking comes with dinner buffet. We enjoyed everything here from welcome cookies, wonderful dinner and breakfast. Double tree always doing good with affordable price, attentive staff, always helpful and welcoming. Perfect size of room, clean, fluffy pillow and bed. I love everything and definitely will come again and again

This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel and service didn't disappoint me. The staff is friendly and helpful from the frontliners, the in-room service and cleaners. I enjoyed my time at the spa. The location is within walking distance to KLCC & Pavilion. I will come back again.

Hotel was newly renovated. Very modern design, bed was very comfortable, very delicious breakfast. However, the shower water was not consistent, can go from hot to cold and small to large water pressure in few seconds. Toothbrush provided was only 1 pair instead of 2 pairs. Also the glass at the bar table was not cleaned well as there was coffee stain on the glass. Overall still ok.

We booked deluxe room and upgraded our booking to classic room .The room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around Bukit Bintang.

My parents and I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur city center. The hotel is well-located, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering great value for the price. My parents especially appreciated the generous breakfast selection, which helped them start the day off right. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great choice, and my parents were very happy with the experience. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Awesome been through “ w hotel , st Regis” that’s my usual place with Marriot. It amazed me in shangrila KL 🙏❤️☺️ Thank you with the warm and great services provided to me and my family! We did enjoy the stay although it’s one night only as we are rushing off to other country.

The hotel was so nice to stay there and it’s easy to take the hop and hop bus  you just need to cross the way going to the mall and to the mall there is a stop for the bus you can buy the ticket from the bus RM60 for Non Malaysian. The more also so nice it has famous restaurants and it has cinema so you can go there for supermarket or shopping. The view also was soooo nice, thanks to the lady in the reception she give me really nice view. 

Nice stay, really3 good for solo traveller because its just behind the MRT, from airport i just use KLIA express then change to red lane to come to this place. save my time, the check in guy boleh la. but ok la. its good stay, but i heran why this place label as a 4 star hotel pn google. its just a nice place to stay probably in 3 star. No 1 - i didnt expect they come in to do make up room when i didnt label any at my door??? im so scared you know. but other wise i like that they change my towels to new one lol. No 2 - the toilet isnt that clean, its still had a slight strangers pop on the bowl. lol. and also the bathroom also had some black stains. other wise i wpuld recomended to others staying here. suggest people to stay here

I was very happy with my room and hotel. I would definitely stay there again. My room was spacious and i lived the extra walk in closet. Bathroom was spacious and clean too.The attendants at the morning buffet and at the concierge were very warm and attentive. If not outstanding, Buffet was pretty decent for the price . I felt taken care of and was happy for the price i paid. Also, the gym and sauna was good. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. We arrived early, and they kindly provided us with an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful after a long journey..
