Hotels with Breakfast in Kuala Lumpur

Front desk staff should be more prompt at greeting the guests. Malays in general need to enhance their skills in customer service & hospitality so that guests will feel welcomed upon arrival at their hotels. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Hotel Maya. Areas of improvement:- - elevators. Very long waiting time during peak hours - mineral water in the room. At least have the bottles filled up when the guests first enter the room. They can then refill it at the water dispenser when needed. - twin room power sockets are too far from the bed - provide direct contact number to housekeeping (for ease of request) Thank you.

The worst part was that the hot water in the bathroom for the entire hotel was out of service since 1st DEC 2024. It's been 20 days without solving this issue. The floor was not clean. The noise from the room next door was quite loud. The towel has been used for probably years. Recommended to provide new towels after 2-3 months used.

The room is very spacious. High ceiling, aircond very cold even though set temperature for 27 degree. Very comfortable and cosy. Things to improve: 1. Inadequate kitchen utilities in example no bowl / plate /spoon / fork provided. 2. Need to change television to at least android / smart tv.

Beautiful room, lots of space in the room, view of other hotels, walking distance to the train station, very close to everything - about 2-3 miles away from popular attractions, limited amentities, no comb, no shaver… beautiful lobby, check in took quite long because only 1 guy at the check in desk, other than that, everything is fine…

it's nice for a budget Hilton hotel. convenient location. close to Monorail, walkable to LRT. no need to drive in old town KL, best way to explore the city, lots of places within walking distance. valet car parking is at RM15/day. the huge downside was i experienced a couple of issues. i called the hotel number on the hotel/Trip.com receipt multiple times before checking in since i felt i was going to be late. no answers til the end. next, the problem was with elevators, which are limited to just three at the same area. one was not working at all. the other two took some time to stop at G, the hotel lobby. my room was at level 21, where the two working elevators skipped my floor somehow. took the stairs one floor down, gladly the elevator did not make a skip there. i booked a room with Twin Tower view. i was expecting wall-sized windows like some other hotels but the windows were somewhat medium-sized or considerably small, and unfortunately, window proofed, likely for safety purposes. luckily, the view was amazing. it's also overlooking Kampung Baru and the trains moving on tracks. on another note, loved the shower soap and lotion!!!!! please let us take home travel-sized version next time. the hotel has an amazing rooftop ambiance. Twin Towers and KL Tower both looking amazing from up there, with both, among other distinct buildings, appearing of similar distance (similar size, not too small and afar). as for the dining, i saw pretty great deals too for two to dine in at the rooftop with the picturesque KL skyline. saw a couple having a proper candlelight dinner with lovely candles and red roses on their table. would love to come again for that!

Location of the hotel is ideal to go Twin Towers with walking distance. . Around the hotel has fews food court that selling halal and non halal foods. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby . Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and neat. But the rooms WiFi is not very stable. The buffet breakfast is not variety of foods. There is gym for exercise. The hotel swimming pool is suit for kids. The price is reasonable with good location and we will back again .

Good location especially if Kg Bharu is where you are heading to. Few minutes walk to Saloma Bridge and Suria KLCC to catch the night light atmosphere. We booked the Junior Suite which was huge enough for us and with the view of KLCC. We'll be back again for sure...InshaaAllah

*5/5 Stars* We had an incredible 4D3N stay at the ParkRoyal Collection Kuala Lumpur! From the moment we checked-in to our King Lifestyle Room, we knew we were in for a treat. The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning city view that we never got tired of. The side sofa was a lovely touch, providing a comfortable spot to relax and take in the sights. We also appreciated the extra duvet provided, which ensured a cozy and restful sleep. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, with our room always neat and tidy, and nothing ever missing. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the staff's commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel's location is super convenient, with numerous malls within walking distance or a short drive away. We loved being able to explore the city's shopping and dining scene with ease. But what really made our stay special was the thoughtful touches. We had booked two rooms to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel surprised us with birthday decorations and a complimentary cake in BOTH rooms! It was such a lovely gesture, and we felt truly appreciated as guests. Last but not least, the bell boy service was top-notch. Our luggage and shopping goods were always handled with care, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Expected for the price paid. Furniture could really do with updating. Bathroom can be cleaner. Water pressure like waterfall 👍🏾 but heater seems not working. Wifi is slow but maybe due to room at the end of the corridor. Walking distance to Lalaport mall. Staff during check is pleasant. Check out express--go to check out key drop box near lobby exit.
