Excellent location for the price paid, 5mins walk to market, restaurants and shops. The room is spacious but a little dated. The check-in process was smooth, it's a shame check in is at 3 and check out is at 12, should be 24hour stay. Linda was great in communication and accessibility for support. Hotel is located at Ramada so you have access to gym, pool etc. Overall good stay and would recommend

The hotel is just a few steps away from the Exhibition Hall, Times Square, Bukit Bintang, and Petaling Street. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is located next to the main road and since we were on the second floor we could hear the noise from the street. The room was clean and tidy, but a bit uncomfortable. We had the republic dinner at the pavilion and there was a good selection of food.

good stay. best choice hotel at kl. we got what u paid no complain for the price .i like far from tourist attraction and tourist. near to metro station (chow kitt monorel station) easy to get food (have a flea market every weekend nite infront of hotel)

The place is right in the heart of Bukit Bintang malls, shopping centres and restaurants. We booked a room with a view but we got room without windows and it’s claustrophobic. I told the reception but was told that they can’t do anything about it. I told them you advertised and I pay for a room with a window (never mind the view, window would be fine).

I enjoyed my stay at Westree Hotel. Only booked for a night as I had been staying in Masjid India but needed to be closer to KL Sentral for an early morning trip to the airport. The location for me couldn't have been better, across the road and up some stairs and I was at the KLIA Express for my 5:40am train. Also, right across from NuSentral Mall and interesting Brickfields area. The room was small but quite adequate, the bed accomodated my 1.86m frame. The bathroom was fine, quite roomy, and the cleanliness factor was good. Reception was helpful and I could store my (rather heavy by now after traveling for a bit) luggage for an hour before 2pm check-in, as well, gave a friendly goodbye when it was time to leave. There were some nice rattan chairs to sit in on my floor near the lift and an exquisite plush sofa area (pictured) on the ground floor. I recommend this hotel - if you don't mind a relatively small space to stay in, it's centrally located, affordable and has some nice touches. I'd stay here again!

Given the price that I pay, I would say this hotel is value for money, it has all the basic amenities, and it has a new heater. The air con that they used is Daikin, very good 👍 aside from all these, around this hotels has a lot of food, especially Chinese food.

The apartment was modern, spacious, and clean. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Instructions for check-in and check out are easy to follow. Staff was very friendly and helpful with requests. Will definitely book again.

I was surprised by how good this capsule are. The address stated in the page is a bit confused when search by gps or google but if you found Vortex KLCC Apartment you will find it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was welcome with very friendly attitude. The environment is clean, refreshing cool air and well complete amenities. I get a set of towel and toothbrush. The Capsule itself is very spacey with soft pillow and mattress. My only issue is the capsule is covered by see through blind which lack of privacy. Shower room has shower gel and shampoo and hot shower. They have powder room with hair dryer, hair straightener, face steamer and even iron to iron cloth. 12 minutes walking distance to KLCC twin towers. Over have a good experience and will book again.

The hotel overall is just acceptable for a night’s stay, but it’s not very comfortable due to its aging condition. The bathroom feels outdated, and the sink was clogged, making it inconvenient to use. Towels provided were not white but yellowish with visible tears, which was disappointing. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to a cooler setting, so the room was a bit warm. On the positive side, the location is excellent, very close to the KL Sentral station, and it offers convenient access to the airport.
