Kuala Lumpur Hotels with Bars

Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Hotel Location superb. But cleanliness ZERO .I have added pics of the room you can check very tiny mirror for Makeup plus broken furniture with ugly marks of broken woods at every furniture in the room and Fridge was Rotten and Mouldy looks like they cleaned it before Covid-19 . The swimming pool is very good as well .

It was my 2nd time staying here and it was as pleasant as usual. The check in was very smooth and it took us 10 mins (probably bc we checked in during non peak hour). However, something could be done with the access card as it took us many tries to scan the card and press our room level. The waiting time for the lift was long. Initially the infinity pool has the KLCC view but this time, it was blocked by the other hotel which i believe is the sister company of the Face Suite. Overall a pleasant stay!

Pillows are too soft. There is no hair dryer in the room as advertised. So, I requested both at the reception counter and they provided both. The room is lovely. Roof top bar at 25th story and the view is amazing. Overall good.

My 2nd time staying in this hotel. Overall it was a good stay. Room & the amenities are kept clean. My room was on the 19th floor with windows facing the highway. No traffic noise can be heard, so can get a peaceful sleep. Although location is near to KLCC, there isn’t a proper walkway all the way from hotel to KLCC.

I like this hotel and have repeated my stay for periods where each period is 2-3 days. It was due to the quality of service of the staff, clean environment & comfortable room. This hotel location is close to LOT 10 & Pavilion shopping malls with good food around. Also, it is walking distance to monorail & LRT stations. Good hotel.

We like to improved your hotel to be nice room We are staying for 3nights about cleanest is not bad but the room condition very bad …when we check in the room nice but have few defects bath room door and bed flame is broken room 430

Why I just knew about this hotel *sigh* I was so so so satisfied with all aspects of this hotel! Cheap price with laaaarge room, completed with filtered water tap , easy to park your car, very nice choices of breakfast as well as nice swimming pool 👍

The whole experience with the hotel was horrible. Strong chemical smell in the room, window can’t open and the bathroom floods every time we bath! The lobby is new and shiny but the room is old and tired. When we entered the room, we found a note saying that the hotel is currently under renovation. If we knew it before we book, we would never choose this hotel! The aircon from the room smells horrible, full of chemical smell. To the point that the next day when we woke up, we had severe headache, teary eyes, itchy throat and very bad nausea. The shower floods after every single bath, the water got all over the bathroom floor, dripped all the way to the sink and toilet area. I almost fell down 2 times after walking out from the shower! I can’t imagine if it was an elserly guest living in this room who didn’t have a quick reflex on a slippery floor then what could have happened! (See pictures for flooded floor) When we complained to the front desk and asked to change to another room, the lady staff told us no room available despite when I checked on trip for the exact same room there are still rooms available (see pictures for room available on dates selected). She promised to ask the cleaner to help us open the window, put some air fresheners and a humidifier machine in our room to deal with the smell. We went out for the day and when we came back, nothing changed! Window still can’t open, room still smells horrible and no air fresheners or any machine to help. It was so severe that we had to open the main door for some air and turn off the aircon. We got trip to call them to ask for room change, hotel still refused! We immediately checked out the next day despite still having 2 more nights at the hotel. We got charged 50rm as tourism tax for all 5 booking nights despite early checkout. When I asked why I got charged the tax for 5 nights, the staff just said I have to contact Trip to ask! Hello! This tax charge is from your country and you have the responsibility to explain it! Very irresponsible reply and poor management, not expected from a 5-star hotel! I will never recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with grocery stores within walking distance. However, the price is on the higher side, and you could find better options at similar rates elsewhere. The room is comfortable for a short stay of 1-2 days, especially if you're in Kuala Lumpur for business.
