Kuala Lumpur Apartments

We had booked a 2 bedroom suite for 4 nights. Check in - Note that baggage handing by your own. No support. On the first night and next morning, we shared multiple issues we faced in the room (hot water, bathroom lock, etc) with the service management team. However the team was not able to resolve all the issues and I had to call the reservation team to seek for change in room. Has to undergo an ordeal as part of room changing with family members (2 kids) and no support. The new room was well equipped and in order (minor issues overlooked as this is serviced apartment not a hotel) Cleanliness and housekeeping- You need to text them and many times they will take time to respond. No number to call. Check out - Smooth, handover the keys and if you paid deposit via credit card you can head out quickly. Best things- - Location is amazing, almost walking distance to KLCC, Bukit Bintang,etc - View is amazing from the rooftop and the room as well Note to management- Manage swimming pool access by allocating slots to the guests.. it’s always crowded and most of the people don’t follow rules of swimwear and cleanliness. We has to opt out from swimming looking at the conditions.

The pool view is amazing! Of course, most people are taking pictures, so it's a bit crowded for swimming, but it's still nice to walk around. The view from the room is also quite beautiful! It's a new building, so I didn't see any bugs and it was clean! It's not well-known yet, so there were a lot more people at The Face Suites' pool.

We had a great experience overall with these apartments. The location is excellent — central, safe, and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious, well-furnished, and clean, with a great layout and a beautiful view. It’s a comfortable place to stay, and everything worked well throughout our time there. One thing we would like to note, however, is the 300 MYR cash deposit that was requested upon arrival. While we completely understand the need for a deposit — and it was fairly returned upon checkout — it would have been much better if this had been communicated clearly in advance. Not everyone carries cash, and in our case, it created an inconvenience as we had to leave to withdraw money right after checking in. A simple heads-up beforehand would have solved this. Other than that, everything was smooth, and we’d gladly stay here again in the future.

This property doesn't allow airbnb or short term rental. Therefore if you have booked here then you will need to stop at the apartment next to this which is Idaman Residence. Howevet, fear not as the host will actually provide a transportation to the car park where you can later access to your unit via the lift. The best part is even you and your family came in different timing for check in they can assist. The host is very responsive anytime whether its day or night. The unit access card can automatically detect which floor you are heading to which makes it very convenient. Location wise its walking distance to KLCC. The best part is Envi Skydining is just opposite of the building where you can have a nice dining view with your family. The apartment has washing machine with dryer, water dispenser with heater, ironing board and steam iron, netflix and wifi. Only for those who loves to swim will find it a turndown as swimming pool is not accessible due to it was not included in the service My only concern is only on the smell emits from the sofa in the unit the moment you enter the unit. It has moldy smell but other than that the unit is very clean and comfortable. My family and I spent most of the time outside the unit and we are not bothered by that. Another thing to take note, grab are usually not allowed to be inside so if you take Grab you might need to walk down to the security entrance. Overall, we will come back for second time. My flight was delayed causing me to check in 1 day later than the booking, but when it came to check out, they refused to fix this problem for me by requesting a later check out than usual, which meant that I lost 1 day of my late flight. No matter how much I asked the staff, they wouldn't let me and I had to pay an additional fee for late check out of RM50 per hour, which I really regretted. I traveled with my family instead of helping and understanding the reason. The staff work for the hotel owner without any concern for serving the customers willingly and sympathetically.

Excellent hospitality and fast response from the owner on all my queries raised during my stay. I like the smoothness of the check in process, the room provided was also spacious and complete with necessary amenities. The room was clean with good housekeeping and the location is very near to TRX.

This place is one of the best places to stay and especially during the new year! The staff were super accomodating and we love how they are so polite and patient too! View from the room was awesome too! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming here as well as will stay here again!

The room is not big, the service staff is friendly, the transportation is convenient, it is easy to get a taxi, it's a 10-minute walk to the Twin Towers, the swimming pool on the 47th floor can only see the top of the tower, it may be because of the rain at night that the swimming pool is not allowed to swim

Tropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.
