I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree, and I can't praise it enough! The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. The convenience factor is off the charts, with a shopping mall right inside the hotel. This made it incredibly easy to indulge in some retail therapy and find great places to eat. The variety of restaurants within the hotel is impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences. Plus, the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. One of the best parts? The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the iconic KL Twin Towers. It was fantastic to be so close to such a famous landmark. My room, on 13th floor, do not come with a chair and writing table.no need executive table and swivel chair, just a decent one will do. Shower, water heater needs to check. Hot water flow is a problem, hot for awhile then cold again and vice versa. Anyway, it’s a good hotel

This was our 3rd stay in this amazing hotel. It was still good but not as good as our first 2 stays. The bed was not clean but the room service addressed this problem immediately, the curtains had a big stain, and the AC controller wasn’t working as expected; we couldn’t adjust the temperature. It was freezing cold all the way or extremely hot when we turn the AC off. But other than that, the hotel is amazing with great location, delicious breakfast, and friendly & helpful staff. Totally recommended!

We enjoy our stay here at Grand Millennium Hotel as the service is great and the staffs are helpful especially the one on the front desk named Ilham. I appreciate his kindness. As we check in quite late at about 4.30pm , but our room is still not ready so the manager decided to upgraded our room to the classic one. We appreciate the gesture. Thank you Grand Millenium for the excellent service. Hope to come here again.

Great location and breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful but not for staff name Rudy. She supposed to not sound her colleagues in front of guests. The situation is which i have asked her help to print some documents and i do asked how much is the fee to the another staff. However, another staff ( forget the name) saying that no need to pay but the staff name Rudy in front of me saying to her colleague next time need to charge for the printing service which i clearly i can heard it. Such as rude staff.

Awesome been through “ w hotel , st Regis” that’s my usual place with Marriot. It amazed me in shangrila KL 🙏❤️☺️ Thank you with the warm and great services provided to me and my family! We did enjoy the stay although it’s one night only as we are rushing off to other country.

The premise is located beside LRT Kerinchi Station, which very convenient for me. Free parking space is provided by the hotel but it's crowded during office hour as the parking was shared by other private company which situated in the same building. The room is spacious and clean. As it is located just beside Federal Highway, it's a bit noisy during night time.

By choosing to stay at this hotel, I made the right decision. Excellent amenities, tasty meal, courteous service, and a very comfy accommodation. I think this is a really good choice. Additionally, I'm hoping that the intern girl working at the check-in counter will be able to do better work, particularly when it comes to giving information. She is courteous and kind, but in order to advance, she needs to provide more details. I hope she succeeds in all of her future undertakings.

I requested wake up call and receptionist promised will give wake up call but failed at the end, absolutely no wake up call at all. I almost miss my flight due to receptionist absent call. What a bad service to the guest. Room is clean and location in centre.
