The room is clean and managers try their best to help. But the point is the room is too noisy. When someone turned on the tape no matter in washroom or sleep room, it just makes noise like water flow. I think there is poor design on the building itself. Moreover, there is no luggage storage. You can't put your thing in hotel after check out. I think almost all hostel can provide this service. And I got lost on first time because this dom do not have it own reception, you have to visit another hotel to do check in and out.

This hostel is located on the large grounds of a typical hotel, and all check-in and other procedures are done by the hotel. It's about a 1-minute walk away. The hostel was very clean and the bed was firm and comfortable.
The shower room and toilet were also clean. The ground floor seems to be a private room type, and the second floor is a dormitory. When I stayed there, there were very few guests, so it was very quiet and comfortable.
On the first day, there were about three groups of guests on the ground floor, so I could hear voices and footsteps in the hallway, and the toilet was dirty, probably because they used it poorly. On the second and third days, the ground floor was reserved for us, so it was quiet and the toilet was clean.
The problem was that there was no hair dryer. There was no hair dryer in the shower room or in the room, and they didn't lend one out, so you have to let it dry naturally after a shower. If you have long hair, be careful not to catch a cold.
The building was warm as soon as you entered, and the room was very clean and warm. You can spend the time in short sleeves. They will change the linen if you request it. I got a set and changed it myself whenever I wanted.
There was a tea service on the hotel side, but for some reason it ran out on the third day. I got hot water at the reception. The reception staff were very kind.
It said that it was far from public transportation, but if you take the 125 bus from Krakow Central Station (Kraków Glowny), it arrives almost in front of the hotel, which is quite convenient. The 125 bus is closer and more convenient than the tram. The fare for both the tram and the bus is PLN4.

It was not in a central location but local transportation was 20 minutes walk. Overall it was nice, warm and cozy. Room, showers and toilets were clean. In our room we had a loud water pipe sound, very disturbing.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and were overall happy with the accommodation.
Although there was no closet and the room was a bit smaller than anticipated, it was quite cozy and the bed very comfortable.
Bathrooms are shared for the whole floor (6/7 rooms total), but the common areas (bathrooms and halls) were cleaned daily, which kept the atmosphere fresh and peachy.
My partner has a solid build at 190cm and 100kg and for him the shower was a bit crammed, so I would not recommend the place for bigger people.
The parking lot is spacious and there is a leisure area in front of the hostel with trees, grass and a small, well maintained, fish pond - very peaceful.
There are many restaurants, local markets and grocery stores near the location, as well as bus stations, so quite easy to get around.
Would stay here again when visiting Kraków. 😊

Remember krakow
I have to say it was the best ever 2 star stay i have ever had. Everything was top class. The room, cleanliness, garden courtyard were absolutely brilliant. They had a seperate hotel were we had breakfeast again which was very very top notch for the price we paid i would defo come again

Recently renovated rooms and bathrooms with nice design, everything is clean. Comfortable beds. Located by a small walkway to trams connecting with train station and old town. Quiet place, friendly staff. Spaciousness of the rooms is still OK, however, I've been alone, for two it should mean problems,.
Some improvements should be welcome however: a common kitchen and an access through the back door (closer to shops and bus stops).
