Looks like it’s ready to close down,  no eating facilities, no vending machines. NOTHING 
Staff lock up go home,  leaving hotel with no staff
At night sounds like a prison.   Doors banging, shouting.  JUST DON’T

It was a nice stay, decent room and you will meet nice people at the pool area. Overall good stay

quite interesting stay for 35$ tbh but location is good
