Please make sure the cleanliness of the room is improve ya..I can see a lot of long hair stranded in the floor(i am a guy with short hair)..Mean they didnt clean the hair..but the reception counter is really okey and responsive with the client..During that time Water heater also not functioning which is not convinient for me to take shower night which is very cold. PLEASE FIX THOSE BROKEN WATER HEATER AT ROOM 305.
