Hotel lobby and rooms are nicely design. Parking available with first come first serve basis. Our room facing nice city view. Bed not so comfortable as we feel itchy all night long, unable to sleep well 😣

The beds have some blood or wine or somthing im not realy sure but its red colour.. Room 1013.. Overall its good

Friendly staffs with excellent customer service. Comfortable room with good facilities. Good breakfast served daily. It's always my first choice in KK.

Good hotel, decor is interesting, breakfast options are limited and there is no advantage of opting for a river view room. All you see is a muddy canal. Aircon didn’t work despite being set to 16.

Every local people would comment it’s very far and inconvenient! It’s not so excess able unless u have a car or a driver! 20mins away from town centre!

It has been a while since I last stayed in this hotel. Ibis Hotel is still very well maintained and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Second time stayed at this hotel. Noisy at night from top floor due to event. Can hear all dragging furniture and throwing bang noise. No disposable slippers in room this time. Only 1 tv channel is working. Had unpleasant stay.

Happy place to stay. Service are good. Environment is suitable for people that prefer to stay in nature bcse its has a green plant theme hotel.

Hotel sangat best. Go to level 3 can do your self laundry service, its inside the gym area. So far enjoy our stay here. A bit far from KK, but still can find a lot food around here. Very fast service as well. Good job and please maintain your best service
