“The hotel is beautiful and has a great design, but unfortunately there is a lack of some basic services that affect the experience of staying. There were no toiletries or drinking water provided, and on the second day the bathroom light was out, which caused me inconvenience. In addition, some of my personal belongings were damaged in the fire. I hope the hotel management pays attention to these matters to improve the level of service.”

DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!! THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY, THEY SERVE MOULDY FOOD, THE WHOLE PLACE IS FALLING APART. THE CLEANERS DONT KNOCK SO A MAN DECIDED IT WAS OK TO JUST LET HIMSELF INTO MY ROOM (I WAS NAKED AT THE TIME) HE SAW ME COMPLETELY UNDRESSED AND THEN LAUGHED AT ME. I ASKED TO CHANGE ROOMS AND AS SOON AS THEY OPENED THE DOOR, THE FLOOR WAS FILTHY. I ASKED THEM TO CLEAN A NEW ROOM FOR ME, WE WENT TO IT AND IT WAS STILL FILTHY AND HAD ANTS ALL OVER THE WHOLE APARTMENT. TV FALLING OFF THE WALL, RADIATOR HELD UP BY BRICKS, FLOOR WAS SPONGY AND NOT HARD, STAFF HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE AND I GOT SHOUTED AT FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DISGUSTING ROOMS! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT
