在庫爾勒下榻全季酒店一晚是一次非常美好的體驗。大堂現代具人文氣息，有陳列不少經典書籍（我們買了三本），令人眼前一亮。房間舒適乾淨非常，記憶床墊十分舒服，環境安靜，讓我睡了一個好覺。地點方便，隔壁就是點評不錯的餐廳和足浴。早餐品類豐富，唯一美中不足的是地方就是咖啡不好喝，建議更換咖啡豆。 基於庫爾勒全季酒店的良好體驗、我們接下來去烏魯木齊的行程也特別定了全季酒店（天山機場店），然而結局出乎意料大失所望，特別在此説一下。 我們自駕10個小時後近半夜抵達烏魯木齊的全季酒店（天山機場店）時，卻被告知由於酒店試營中，系統還未連接公安局，無法註冊我們（外國人）入住。 當我們質問酒店既然無法接受外賓，為何在攜程網站上仍註明”涉外資質”，還確認了我們攜程訂單（我們是用英文名登記）上的特殊要求時，全季（天山機場）的回答是確認時還不知道我們是外國人，無法令人信服。 全季（天山機場）把我們送到20分鐘車程以外的亞朵X（亞朵現場還收了我們一筆現金房費）住一晚，並叫我們自己走流程向攜程申請取消訂單退款。當時已過半夜，我們隔天一大早要趕飛機、時間壓力下衹好同意。然而攜程因時限已過而拒絕我們的退款申請，我們自己還必須求爺爺告奶奶拿到亞朵經理的聯絡請求幫忙，折騰了大半夜。第二天攜程終於退款，我已一肚子火。 我在全季（天山機場店）的負面體驗是我在烏魯木齊其他四星級酒店過夜時沒有經歷過的，坦白説下次去中國時不太敢再訂全季，怕踩雷，希望全季酒店集團能確保旗下所有酒店都能有效接待外賓 提供品質一致的服務。
