quite far from the station but the facility and breakfast was great!

Good breakfast

This is my third time staying at Route Inn Hotel Komagane. The location is great, with a great view of Mount Kiso-Komagatake and the Southern Alps. The hotel staff's smiles are also a plus.

I used it when hiking up Mt. Komagadake. It's close to Komagane IC and along the main road, so it's easy to find. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

We tried to reserve two rooms for my wife and my sister, but it didn't work out for my sister, which was a bit of a problem. The staff member at the time was very kind and helpful, which was very much appreciated. This was the fourth time we stayed here as a couple, and although mountain climbing is affected by the season and weather, we were able to stay at the hotel with peace of mind. Thank you!

The location was good and there were many shops nearby. I also liked the free coffee in the lobby.

I used it on a business trip. The staff at the reception and breakfast venue were very responsive. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of ingredients. It would have been Good if the bathhouse was a little bigger.

Very satisfactory hotel! I especially like the large bath "Route Inn", which can relieve fatigue. The hotel is a little off the beaten track, with many mountain roads, but I feel at ease when I see the big green words "Route Inn" on the roof from a distance~

I arrived after paying in advance, but it took me a long time to check in because I signed my name. Other than that it was very comfortable.

Très bon business hotel, tout confort, parking si voiture, un peu loin du centre vile, 20 minutes à pied, mais beaucoup de restaurants autour, fast food aussi, et supermarché. Hôtel a aussi un restaurant sur place. Pas de souci de restauration la nuit sans voiture. Chambre très confortable pour une personne, à deux un peu trop petite.. Très bon séjour sur place
