The receptionist and the guys from the kitchen were so good and super friendly. The rooms are nice but they didn't have wifi in any of the rooms. The only one who is entitled to the wifi is the MD, which I find ridiculous. For the sake of foreigners who may not want to get sim card(another herculean task), please provide wifi in some of the rooms or maybe the reception area. And oh, I enjoyed the food.

It's a good hotel if you want to stay alone. But if you are planning to stay with your partner kindly avoid it. They are very rude if you want to stay with your partner.

The room was very dirty cigarette bud in the balcony spit everywhere in bathroom and even mirror full of scuffs also the bed sheet with a hole

My recent stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The air conditioning functioned perfectly, ensuring a cool and restful atmosphere. Additionally, the bathroom was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff members i encountered were all courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, i was highly satisfied with my experience.

All stuff are serving attitude. Room, washroom, bedsheet and surrounding area need and clean. Hotel stuff are good behaviour.

Overall..the hotel is within the budget range for a few days stay in Kolkata. The rooms are neat and clean. The view from the 3rd floor non-ac room is somewhat less as it tends to be sideview to the main road. The service is also good as the staff are well mannered. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Kolkata towards the Dum Dum side.
