Our best stay in Thailand!! Bathe in luxury in your private villa nothing short of a palace and your own private pool with the best breakfast we’ve had ever.

The room is clean, the location is very good, the staff is very friendly, and the most important thing is that the breakfast is very delicious. There is only one problem I don't understand. Why can't the swimming pool filter outside the room be activated during the day? It feels a bit unclean.

Service excellent,villa very big, good lighting,but no light at the bed,so bring a small torch.Good bed.Breakfast good, especially we liked the big choice of fresh fruit juices.Unfortunately the restaurant closes at 6pm, but there are 3 good Thai restaurants next door.No breakfast buffet.You have to order the breakfast for the following day right after your breakfast.Not all people know today what they would like to eat the next day.No deck chairs at the beautiful beach, but enough around the pool.As the way to the resort is quite steep, it is not suitable for handicapped people.We were happy and can recommend this resort.

The golden wall is brilliant and feels luxurious and stylish. It is a pity that the traces left by time cannot be repaired in time. Damage and dilapidation can be seen in many facilities. Operators must face up to it and actively deal with it. I stayed in a two-bedroom villa near the sea. My first impression after entering the room was that the hotel's welcome fruit plate and towel arrangements in the online pictures were not provided. I couldn't feel the enthusiasm of a five-star hotel for its guests. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not cooling enough, and the hotel immediately sent personnel to make emergency repairs, which was acceptable. The mat on the desk was full of stains, the water system in the shower fell off during use, and the large bathtub had obvious water stains. I didn't have the courage to take a bath. The facilities in the swimming pool garden are also in many places and have not been replaced or repaired. I am really disappointed with this hotel. There is a road near the hotel, which is only a five-minute walk away. There are restaurants on both sides of the road, and Thai massage shops are everywhere at reasonable prices. Others are just small shops for tourists and there is nothing worth buying. The breakfast provided by the hotel needs to be selected one night in advance. There are many options, both Thai and Western. It is cooked and served in the restaurant in the morning. It is fresh and hot, and the portion is enough to satisfy the big eater. It is another favorite in the hotel. Satisfactory service and facilities. All in all, for a five-star hotel, it may have been qualified in the early years, but I personally think it is a bit reluctant now, and the services and facilities are not up to five-star standards!

The beach deck and other things are quite old...I hate using it. The lights don't work in the villa pool either...it's dark at night. The restaurant menu is limited... There's no security except at the door to your room! Anyone can enter the hotel. Other than that it was great!

Standing in your own courtyard, you can see the entire Lamai Beach, and the scenery is extremely beautiful. The service staff at Ammatarapura are amazing. Everyone is so kind and friendly, which makes us really feel the joy of vacation. We look forward to returning to Ammatarapura when we have the opportunity. Huge villa with swimming pool, equipped kitchen, jacuzzi. Breakfast is amazing. The beach is magnificent. Beautiful well-groomed area. We canceled our other hotel reservation and returned to Ammatara. If you need relaxation, then this is the place for you.
