Beautiful hotel, amazing and accommodating staff and great food. Would love to come back.

The Beach Samui is absolutely fabulous and excellent value for money. Located on a very quiet corner of Koh Samui, we found really lovely food nearby but none of it as good as the food served in the hotel. We did find ourselves driving most days to see and do things but we were fine with that. We spent a week in Choengmon which is much more lively, but the entire week in Choengmon we wished we had stayed in the Beach for longer! Definitely go for breakfast included because a) it's delicious and generous and b) you can enjoy it in your suite or the dining room. We stayed the week over Christmas and even though there were plenty of guests, we always found the pool and dining room to be very peaceful and quiet. Our kids (4 and 6) loved it.

This hotel is perfect for couples, especially for a honeymoon. The decor is beautiful and it opens onto the beach. It is on the sunset side of the island, but this side of the island is very quiet and a distance away from the hustle and bustle of Samui. If you’re wanting a relaxing, romantic, tranquil sunset getaway, then this hotel is perfect. If you’re looking to party or socialise, then I would advise to stay on the other side of the island. Thank you to the staff who were truly lovely and helpful!

Great service, great hotel, great room! On the beach the porter brought compliments in the form of watermelon slices. Breakfast was good, brought to the room. We checked out early, breakfast was beautifully packed for us to take with us. Such care for their guests, it's worth staying here!

It is a small and charming hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are well designed and well maintained. Good food in the restaurant. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this could be your place. Very small but relaxing pool. Several beach bars nearby to eat/drink something (different options). Free room service, a plus. As cons: a bit far from everything and the hotel beach is not the Thai paradise beach that you might be looking for. In fact, you can't swim in it. These cons are fixed by renting a motorbike to explore the island, which is a paradise in its entirety. If not, there is nothing to do there other than rest, or take an excursion to the islands opposite. Ugly detail: going to get a bowl from the cupboard (a bit high), my 10-year-old daughter accidentally dropped it on the floor, breaking it. We called them and they came to pick it up. The surprise was the next day when they gave me a bill for 400 baths for the replacement. We spent over 15,000 baht on our 5-day stay. I think it was unnecessary. I don't want that ugly detail to spoil the hotel's rating, but I had to mention it.

The hotel is located in the south of Koh Samui. At Koh Taen Pier Zone The hotel has 3-4 floors. The receptionist is good, soft spoken, and friendly. The facilities in the room are very good. The room is open, airy and clean. Get a lot of light from outside Get to see the sea and Koh Taen rocks as well. The bathroom is very spacious, clearly dividing dry and wet zones. The soul-sucking bed is very soft. There are 2 air conditioners outside and in the bedroom zone. Complete kitchen equipment The atmosphere is quiet. There is also a sink on the balcony. Anyone who likes tranquility and seclusion but has a good atmosphere by the sea, I recommend this place, The Beach, Koh Samui. Convenient booking, good service, recommend booking at trip.com

The hotel is right on the beach...good view. Very nice staff, good service, big room, around the hotel there are various restaurants, convenient. Next time you have to come back to use the service again.

It's definitely beachfront, but it's a harbor and not suitable for swimming, so I think that should be stated. The scenery is wonderful, the windows are fully open and the ventilation is wonderful, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the location was surprisingly convenient. Also, there are a lot of stray dogs, and it's a bit dangerous to walk especially in the morning, so it's better for women to avoid walking alone.

We had the most wonderful stay in 8 days in The Beach Samui hotel. The suites are big and spacious and nice decorated and with a fantastic view to the beach and sea. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We vent out for dinner every evening in the neighborhood except Christmas evening where the hotel arranged a nice dinner and entertainment on the beach.

The trip just for busineess however I'm feel very comfortable and relax after work. Located in quiet and not crowded. Best services since owner till staffs...fantastic beach and surrounding...superb the room with nice space inside the room...really recommend !!

This hotel was everything I was looking for in a quiet, relaxing style getaway, Far away from everything, in a quiet scenic place to rejuvenate and recharge. And what a location!! every morning waking up to that view, or the dining area was like sitting next to a giant post card definition of what a beautiful beach is supposed to look like, I had to remind myself that this is a real place I’m in. The added bonus was having Khun Sunisa assist with relaxation recommendations that lifted the entire experience. Best sleep I’ve had in ages. Can’t say enough about this place, Hotel was excellent, staff were excellent. The location is excellent, surrounding area dining and services is excellent, the room was excellent, that bed was excellent, The Beach Samui…. Excellent.

I chose The Beach because I was traveling solo for four days and really wanted to focus on fitness and self-improvement. I chose a 3 day fitness program that worked perfectly for me - full access to an amazing nearby gym with a great selection of classes and state of the art equipment. Also included was full board, daily massage and use of a motorbike for the duration. The staff at The Beach were all lovely. The owner, Bryan, sets the tone and is very hands on and available.
