The bathroom mattress pillow was very, very dirty. I protested when I checked out. The receptionist asked why I didn't complain straight away at night. Because I saw in the reviews that it was dirty, I thought the place was dirty. Luckily the receptionist responded well. That's the plus point. Receptionist and service are good but cleanliness is not very good
