Nice and clean Food is excellent Location is rare

The hotel was right at the beach so it was very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner menus so we never had to go too far for food. Some of the hotel staff were very nice and kind, some were cranky but that's alright. The AC in our room was leaking and we informed the hotel but they could only provide us towels to deal with the leakage. I booked quite last minute so I can't really complain with the room choice. All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

Close to beach which makes it ideal to stay. Had a nice time staying there. Friendly staff, friendly service.

Everything was amazing, so easy access from everywhere. Definitely will be back here soon.

My stay in Ban Phe was nothing short of excellent. The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable space to unwind. The hotel's staff provided exceptional service, catering to my requests promptly.

The Hotel was just on the beach and there was a restaurant right in front of it. The food was excellent. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location of the hotel. Nearby are shops, 2 7/11, massages, currency exchange (the rate is not the same as on the mainland, but there is still currency exchange, and this is a plus). The hotel is on the first line, sun loungers are provided, on the first floor of the hotel there are showers and a toilet. The hotel also has its own restaurant on the seashore. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, beach towels are provided, there is a refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. Of the minuses: we had a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator. And there were tiny ants in the room. But apparently, the proximity to nature affects. So all sweets need to be removed.

We stayed at this hotel (it's hard to call it that, it's more of a hostel) for 5 nights. Great location: right by a cool and lively beach in the center of the island, and quick response to situations like no hot water, broken air conditioner, friendly staff - that's where the pros end. Cons: for 5k₽ there aren't even any windows, it smells terribly damp, in the morning, around 7:00-8:00, guests start yelling, mostly Chinese, the walls are like cardboard, you can hear everything terribly. The toilet is very small, your knees hit the wall, although my girlfriend and I are both not very tall. There is always sand on the bed, although we swept it up regularly, because of the lack of windows it feels like you are in a bank or prison. Mosquitoes fly around, which are very difficult to kill. In the evenings, cats screamed regularly and it smelled like garbage. In general, this hotel is suitable for those who are alone, because everything is very cramped, no wardrobes, tables, chairs, etc. Even 2 shelves were hung crookedly, everything rolled off them. Not worth the money, only the location saved the situation a little.

The room is clean but a bit narrow. It is located on Sai Kaew Beach. There is a free snorkeling and underwater photography service. The price is not expensive. There is a restaurant on the first floor. The food is delicious. It is near tourist attractions and the community area.
