Inside the room is clean and I love the location of the hotel, it's near saikaew beach.

The Hotel is very clean but the rooms are a little bit old kind of. The bathroom needs improvements or a renovation. The is big, coffee, kattle, hairdryer, towels and shampoo and shower gel is provided. Unfortunately the room is really dark, there is a window or glass door to get in, but if your room is at ground floor level, then there is not much sunlight. Location is super! Right in the middle of the city centre and very close to the Beach. The cleaning staff is really friendly, reception stuff is quite slow and not so welcoming. Overall it's a nice location to stay for a few days

Great place to stay , close to Sai Keaw Beach ( walkable) surrounded with 7-11, others Thai massages , downstairs is the restaurant so everything is in your reach. The Room is clean and the hot water is also working well, facilities in hotel are good and suitable for price Air-con was working well not noisy Staffs are friendly and supportive The room are upstairs with glass doors-sliding Cozy and nice to stay after enjoy all the beaches Recommend 👍🏻

I was traveling with my cat and I have very few options in terms of accommodation. Chilli is located in the city center and is very accessible to many places. It was a one night trip so I think it was ok with basic facilities for me.

It's pretty good. There is a restaurant downstairs. The food is good, but the wait is quite long.

A hotel for an unpretentious traveler. Cleaning is mediocre, there is a permanent puddle in the bathroom after using the shower. There is a swamp nearby, from which mosquitoes fly, so take a fumigator and plates. Breakfast is a choice of eggs, toast, salad, sausages, ham in a combination of 8 sets + coffee or tea. The air conditioner is not very noisy, but blows on the beds and this cannot be changed in any way. Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 500 baht. Wi-Fi works great, as does the water heater. There is a fur coat in the refrigerator, it has probably never been defrosted. In the closet on the top shelf there is a 2 mm layer of dust, so do not put anything there. A flying insect would probably shoot itself :) In general, you can come for 3-4 days, but the price is too high in my opinion.

A family of three adults and one child came to Koh Samet from Bangkok. Because they only booked three days in advance, other hotels near Diamond Beach no longer had quadruple rooms or family rooms, so they chose this hotel. excellent: 1. The location is good, 711 is very close to the upstairs. The room has three beds, two small beds about 1 meter in size and a large bed in 1.5 meter size. However, the bedding in the room was not clean, and there were many holes. The sheets were not cotton, pilling in many places, and there was dust on the floor. After taking a shower in the bathroom, water will flow everywhere. Not recommended.

Avoid this hotel, the front desk here is ****, the room is completely enclosed without windows, the door is just a glass sliding door. Fortunately, the Ctrip platform solved the problem very well. I didn't stay there. Everyone remember to keep an eye on the hotel. We negotiated with the hotel owner countless times, but he would not cancel.
