Kochi Hotels with Gym

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

It was the most amazing experience I have had in a while. Excellent service, excellent staffs, especially the waiters in the restaurant. Your interior is also just beautiful beyond words. Both outdoor and indoor are well maintained. Each and every detail is just perfect. Thank you, Ramada, for the wonderful stay you offered us. It was just what I needed.

Words can never express our experience. Be it the dining experience at The Boat House or the evening Boat ride, the scrumptious buffet breakfasts and dinners, the tranquil views of the lake from the heritage rooms, the experience itself is second to none. The entire staff resonates with the true identity of The Taj which makes us crave for more vacations here. A seven star experience in every aspect. Looking forward to spending many many long weekends here. Thank you for taking such good care of us, always.

The hotel left a very mixed impression. On the one hand, it is absolutely charming - the design of the hotel, the rooms, the courtyard - all this touches and immerses you in an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. On the other hand, there are a lot of disadvantages that can outweigh the advantages. For example, the rooms are very cold even when the air conditioner is off. And in general, air conditioners are constantly working everywhere, so I did not get out of a warm sweater with a hood. Didn't like the food. I understand that this is India, but usually large hotels also have a European menu. Here, too, there were options, but either peppered and spicy anyway, or a la fast food (pizza and burgers). In general, if you are a gastritis, an ulcer, or for some other reason are limited in nutrition, then you will have a very difficult time. The staff is very arrogant (not all of course, but the general mass), there is always a feeling that you owe them something. Well, the last little remark, speaking about the attitude and sensitivity of the staff: we arrived on my husband's birthday and did not even hear the banal ”happy birthday” at the check-in. First time like this. Usually they will at least verbally congratulate, as a maximum they will treat you with cakes)

Although the location is slightly cheaper, the hotel facilities and sanitation are very good, the service and breakfast are also very good, rich, the hotel is very quiet, the staff is very thoughtful

I had an amazing stay at Fragrant Nature Kochi! The room was comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. It was a memorable stay with my family. Thank you Shalini for taking care of my family during our stay.The only thing is the location can be a little bit maintained and I understand that is not under the hotel's control, otherwise it was a very peaceful and blissful stay with good food and good people.I’ll definitely be back!

It was really good stay there, good service and especially good location.

Admittedly we had a 'standard' room but we found it inadequate as a comfortable 2 night stay. The bathroom had no extractor fan, so remained damp (including the towels)with steamy mirrors. Even after housekeeping we were short of one towel, water and no spare toilet roll We asked at reception (nicely) to deal with, but on return from a days outing nothing had been done The wardrobe was minimal with no drawers in the room at all, and only 3 hangers The food was exceptionally delicious and varied, pool and area quiet and clean. One night had music, which was awful. We could hear it in our room, it was a bit like poor karioke 😟 Staff were of course, very friendly and helpful
