The location is so strategic and I had a good stay. The room is pretty, bed is comfortable, and they have free water and coffee from 11:00~6:00. The amenities is a bit lacking (there’s no face lotion, hair ties and stuffs), and they have hair iron but I have to take it to the receptionist by myself (usually they deliver stuffs like this to your room). But overall, it was a good stay and worth the money I guess.

Definitely coming back with this hotel. Excellent location for exploring Kobe. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the most surprising part is that there’s massage places nearby and that helps a lot when you’re walking a lot during the trip.

It’s good location, easy to find and accessible. Will go and stay again on next trip. Room is big enough to accommodate us.

I think the location is good since it’s close to the metro station and u could find nice restaurants nearby

We chose this hotel as it was very near all the shopping streets. However, for the price we paid (about SG$120 per night), it is definitely not worth it. Before arriving at Kobe, was paying the same room price (and even less) at Osaka and Kyoto but these other hotels were way way better. Breakfast was very sad, can skip and go elsewhere to eat. Room was so so cramped. Overall it is no value for money.

Excellent location at Motomachi station and the shopping street. Walking distance to main area of Sannomiya station as well. Only wished it was easier to get to Shin-Kobe station. Other than that, great stay!

It was very clean, good location for discover Osaka, near by Subway. near by store Seven Eleven. I recommend.

Quite strange, certain rooms are just located at the entrance of the dining area, rather noisy and lacks privacy. The receptionists are polite and friendly.

Great location near Chinatown. Walking distance to city centre. Love the boutique feel. Room is small as per most Japan hotel. Sufficient for single traveller though.

The room was quite small and had a lot of dust, but the customer service was very helpful.

Location of hotel was a little far off from the main station but overall a lot of convenience store and shops nearby :)
