Good place to stay in Koh lipe, reasonable price.

Good location Very friendly

Location - 3 minutes from the pier where the boat from Pak Bara arrives. 5 minutes to walking street across the beach When choosing a room, I didn’t understand the difference between wooden and standard rooms, so I chose the first one. It turned out that it had a floor made of wooden boards with gaps between them. Theoretically, insects could get into the room through these cracks, but during the night I lived there, insects did not bother me. There is a kettle in the room (mine was faulty and did not turn off automatically), coffee and water are available at the reception at any time in unlimited quantities. Each room also has a special rug that you can take with you to the beach. Of the minuses: Very weak internet, and equally weak water pressure in the shower. There is no table and chair in the room, since I need to work on a laptop, it was not very convenient. I also didn’t have enough air conditioning, but it’s my fault that I chose a room without air conditioning

I think it's good for solo travelers, but this time I was with my family, so the service and location were not convenient. I think it's best for long stays alone or with friends.

I recommend this budget hotel. Great for a good night's sleep, there is a quiet mode. Everything is nearby, convenient location.

Very quiet, 50 meters to the beach

It was very nice to have a hairdryer and safe in the room. But at night a mouse came into the room.

I booked for one night at the beginning, because it was troublesome to check out at sea the next day. The location was okay. After comparing the price, it was still cheap, so I stayed for two nights. The price was about 230, which was okay. After all, it was close to the beach and went to the pier. It’s just over 100 meters away from other hotels on the island. You can also try other hotels on the island. If you come alone and want to save money, you can stay here all the time. Quiet location

We didn’t stay here but we did have dinner and it was very good. Fresh grilled sea bass with potatoes and salad and a great sauce. Freshly cooked with care and very tasty. A lovely friendly family run place we would highly recommend. And hope to return.

Visiting the Song family Restaurant is a must, when you visit Koh Lipe. In a place where rich investors are ruining this paradise, this family is one of the few original people of the island, running their business. Very very kind people, especially Chai. Their grilled fish is the best on the island, -I prefer it with crab sauce. It is fresh caught, so that you don't get sick. We had dinner there many times, and never got sick from their food (and we eat the raw salad). Besides, if you are an angler, they know better than anybody where to find and catch the Sailfish and King Marcel.

On October 18, I had a wonderful four-day stay at Family Song Koh Lipe, just a quick 100-meter stroll from the stunning Pattaya Beach. My bungalow was not only clean and well-kept, but it also had a cozy, peaceful vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, it was super convenient being so close to Walking Street, where I found a great selection of restaurants, bars, and shops! The amenities were fantastic too! I had everything I needed, including a tea/coffee maker, a mosquito bed net, towels, shampoo and soap, hot water, a fan, a fridge, a balcony, and Wi-Fi. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, which really added to the warm atmosphere. I loved how quietly they maintained the garden every morning—it was such a lovely touch. Cristiano, the Italian owner, was a gem! His five friendly dogs brought so much joy, greeting guests with wagging tails and big smiles. Family Song Koh Lipe truly felt like a special place to stay. With its perfect location near Pattaya Beach, great value, diverse room options, and top-notch service, I couldn’t have asked for more! Don’t miss out on their Family Song Koh Lipe Tours & Travel, either! They offer amazing excursions to nearby islands with beautiful deserted beaches, soft white sand, and crystal-clear waters that are simply breathtaking. I highly recommend taking one of their long-tail boat excursions—just remember to bring your snorkeling gear! All in all, my stay at Family Song Koh Lipe was fantastic, especially thanks to Cristiano's helpful recommendations about Koh Lipe and the surrounding islands. I can't wait to return! FORZA CESENA
