The location was really great cos its near Tawaen Pier but the room was not fully cleaned. There are cobwebs, sand, and the toilet sinks seems do not really work. It would be nice if the staff could spend really some time to actually make it more clean and hygienic since its a great room/ hotel.

Only Service and location is good but check in 2 PM is not convenient anymore. But check out is 11 AM. To be honest, not convenient. While waiting for the room, toilet at lobby is terribly dirty. Toilet and basin in the room is also dirty. As overall, nice to choose this hotel. But as for cleanliness is really bad.

This was my worst hotel experience ever!!! We’ve been here 2 years ago, and hotel was nice. But this time , hotel was sooooo awful! We booked 2 rooms. Bed, Sheets, pillows cases were so dirty, had a smell , and were full of little insects. When we asked the staff to change it , they only changed pillow cases, and new ones were also dirty!!!! TV wasn’t working . Room was full of ants and mosquitoes. Room had a smell like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. Staff was so busy to play the phones, that couldn’t respond for our requests. Everything in the rooms should be fixed, changed and cleaned ! They didn’t have any coffee , tea or something. Even cups, and spoons. We went to 7-11 to buy it ourselves. So, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone , on this price you can get better deals on the island for sure !! And , staff wasn’t nice to us at all. Every day we had to go to reception to ask for water , or to change towels. So I’m never ever going to this hotel anymore . Don’t suggest it to anyone !

The location is good, next to Tawaen Beach, but during the low season, there aren't many people staying, making it a bit lonely. If you put up a lot of lights, it will look beautiful and inviting. Cleanliness is fair.

Run away!!!! Book because it's close to the beach. check in The room has a lot of insects and ants, so I want to move the room from the ground floor to the upper floor. The upstairs room looks like it's not in use. The staff immediately came to inject mosquitoes and let them check in. very smelly mosquito repellent Had to open the door to deodorize for hours. The items inside the room are dirty. The peak is during 2am, 3am, the lights go off by themselves. Many times in a row, very annoying, no pictures in the room because I didn't take pictures. Take a picture of the beach in front of the school instead.

Old and unclean hotel The hotel is well designed. but not clean at all Inside the room, the TV can't be seen. Staying for 3 nights, the water is not added. There are only 2 bottles in the room. The kettle in the room is rusty. There is no place to sit. no breakfast

Except that this hotel is very close to the port (Tawaen beach pier), there is no other place that can give good reviews. All the facilities and color hygiene of the room are as bad as the online reviews, if not for the whole island in the end There are still rooms in this hotel, other hotels are full, I would not choose this hotel.

There is a 7/11 nearby. There is an Amazon cafe nearby. The surrounding area is not very clean. The building looks a bit old. But the room can be used

Real review. The location is next to the beach, next to 7-11, but there are not many restaurants in the evening. The hotel is quite old, not exactly the old cover and very messy. The service of the staff is considered good, maybe a bit confused. Cleanliness is the worst. The room is not clean at all. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been washed. Worse is that in front of our room is like a puke that someone has already vomited and didn't clean up in the musty room. There is a gecko in front of the room. On the bed there is sand. The facilities are nothing at all, the towels are lacking when taking a hot shower, the lights are off, the fan has to be turned on several times, very bad. We stayed in three rooms, every room on the mattress has musty sand in every room.

Hotel management is not at all. I don't think I'll go twice. All the towels were torn, and there was a smell like mold, so I didn't feel very good.

Near Ta Waen Beach, easy to travel / towels are torn in holes 🥲 / drinking water in the refrigerator There are 1 bottles that are shower gel 😡🤬 I want housewives to be more thoughtful.

I like that the hotel is right on the beach. The room is good. The exterior of the room is shabby but not bad. All in all, I'm impressed to some extent.
