A hotel that you must avoid when you go to Koh Lanta! I left an Apple headset in the room when I checked out. When I called the hotel for the second time to urge the delivery, they told me that they had not found the headset. I had to communicate with the hotel through Ctrip customer service. I have to say that Ctrip customer service is very helpful. They quickly told me that the problem had been solved and the hotel agreed to return the headset to me.
