"The stay was decent overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location, with plenty of food options nearby, so there's no need to dine at the airport or Mitsui Outlet Park unless you prefer to. There's also a convenience store within the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel offers self-check-in kiosks, and the security guard was friendly and helpful in guiding guests through the process. However, the kiosk system could be improved, as there was a noticeable delay between steps which made the check-in process feel slower than expected. Guests can also book the airport shuttle service at RM15 per person, which is a convenient option for traveler (can email enquire first). As for the room, the amenities were adequate for a short stay. However, only a hand and body wash was provided, with no separate shampoo available. The bathroom was quite compact, but still functional and sufficient for one person to use comfortably."
