No lift is available, but staff help to carry our luggage up, unfortunately not down during checkout. Staff are friendly. Very noisy room next to the busy street, but very near to the pyramid. Good pyramid view at rooftop. Booked 2 rooms, 1 room is bigger but the other is smaller. Staff at gate is helpful.

Very convenient location, right on the Giza plateau. Beautiful views of the pyramids. Staff are very accommodating and really try hard to please with the limited resources that they have. Right on the main road, so quite a lot of traffic noise for the rooms facing the street.

Location, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either.  From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure. 

The hotel was clean and nice. The couple who run it were very kind. They also told us about tourist spots, which was fun. The breakfast was also very delicious👍

피라미드를 즐기기에 아주 좋은 장소입니다. 뿐만 아니라 각종 투어 픽업이 근처 kfc에서 이뤄지므로 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 새벽 1시가 넘은 시각에 도착했는데도 체크인이 원활하게 도와주었고, 화장실과 침구도 편안했습니다. 무엇보다도 호텔 루프탑에서 조식을 먹으며 피라미드를 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다.

Giza Pyramid Inn is very conveniently located, right in front of the Pyramids, offering an amazing view from the rooftop. The breakfast was very good, and the ability to wake up and see the pyramids right outside is definitely a highlight of this stay. However, there are a few important things to consider. While the pyramid view is stunning, the neighborhood itself leaves much to be desired. The area is chaotic, not well-organized, and quite dirty. As this is a very touristic spot, you will constantly encounter people asking for money or trying to overcharge you for something, which makes it essential to stay alert at all times. The hotel itself follows the same pattern. The tours they offer are significantly overpriced, likely because some people pay for the convenience, but the prices are far from reasonable. Additionally, we were promised a takeaway breakfast due to our early flight, but when the time came to collect it, they said it was not available. Despite confirming our departure time in advance, we ended up having to buy food at the airport, which was disappointing. Overall, if you are staying here for the location and the pyramid view, it might be worth it. However, be prepared for the typical tourist traps and be mindful of overpricing. It’s a place that offers convenience, but with some frustrations along the way.

Next to the pyramid, you can clearly see the pyramid, and there is a pyramid light show at night. The hotel needs to bring its own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. Facilities: Older. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is still decent, and it's just outside the hotel door. Environment: Mainly for the pyramid, because it is a bit noisy next to the scenic spot. Service: I didn't ask for any additional services, the general requirements will be met, the hotel's breakfast is not many, eat enough, recommend fried eggs, to tell the waiter.

It was really great and pleasant stay Hospitality was great Happily they had elevator Room was clean and I could see the pyramid from the room Welcome drink with pyramid view was also great Breakfast was the full course menu with a huge volume and definitely beat the pyramid and spinxs view It was great except wifi Wi-Fi wasn’t reachable at all That was fatal for a traveler. During relaxing one night stay, enjoying the pyramid view, it was ok without wifi

Its a new hotel and the room is very comfortable and spacious. Modern design and the air conditioning is great. The staff are fantastic and friendly. Breakfast buffet is average spread. The rooftop view is just breathtaking and you can just enjoy the looking at all the 3 Pyramids all day. Location is a bit difficult to find but definitely be staying here again if I come back to Giza.

Great view of the Pyramids from the location as long as you don't mind the busy road next to the window. The staff were great and very friendly and trying their best when things were not going as planned. During our stay the water pressure wasn't high enough to get water hot through the gas geyser so the hot tub was useless.
