"Upon check-in, the customer service upgraded me to a non-smoking executive floor room with a lake view. The lake view from the 18th floor was stunning. They also gave me a welcome gift. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is designed to five-star standards, and the room was well-equipped with everything needed. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were of high quality. It's a garden-style hotel with excellent landscaping. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. All the staff were kind and friendly. Definitely worth staying here."

"This is the third time I have come to Jishou on a business trip here. I want to take tourists here to Hubei. I took the high-speed rail from Changsha that night and came here. I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was much better than I thought. The air conditioner was also very comfortable, that is, the bed was a little hard. I prefer soft, but this price is very satisfactory and quiet. It is also very close to the place I went. All in all, the price/performance ratio is already very high. I hope to have the opportunity to come again next time. The butler's service is also very good. This is my real shot conscience recommendation. I wish the boss a prosperous business and rich financial resources. Environment: Good Service: 100 points"
