"Excellent breakfast and service. Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well.."

The environment is excellent, the rooms are clean, the lobby is tidy and refreshing, and the staff are professional, welcoming, and attentive. I would definitely stay here again for my next business trip."

As a frequent business traveler, this place perfectly met all my core needs: Efficiency [Strong]: 3-minute lightning-fast check-in. The room's desk and tea table are combined, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures no lag during video conferences. Electronic invoices are sent to my email instantly upon check-out! Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds. Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb! Fuzhou (Fuqing) Trip.com needs more hotels like this!"

"1. The front desk staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service. 2. The room's layout was stylish and chic, a refreshing change from typical, cookie-cutter hotels. It really added to the overall ambiance and guest experience. 3. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, even more so than my own at home. I wonder what brand it is? 4. The room also featured a complete Gongfu tea set, though unfortunately, I didn't have my own tea to enjoy it. 5. I had to rush for an early flight, otherwise, I would have loved to try the hotel's breakfast. 6. There's a McDonald's nearby, which is my favorite, and it's open 24 hours. 7. The 6th floor has independent meeting rooms, which is a fantastic amenity for small teams on business trips."
