Scandic Kista Reviews

An eco-hotel that requires one to book the cleaning of the room the night before. Being eco-friendly, we didn't book any cleaning for our 3 night stays. Hotel staff is friendly to give us more clean towels for our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping & eating Kista Galleria Mall. We took the Metro from nearby Kista Station and reach Stockholm City in about half an hour. We enjoy our stay. Will stay at Scandic Kista when we are back in Sweden.

Will be great if there is a mug and a flask in the room for me to make a cup of coffee/hot chocolate for myself.

Travelled with my Mum, the room was nice and modern, however the window was left open for quite a while it seems, so the room was chilly to start with but it heated up quite quickly. It was good to have a bath (in twin rooms) and good breakfast selection with a few vegan specific items. Location is convenient as it's just a few metro stops from the centre and there is Lidl and shopping centre near by. Be aware though that getting to the Arlanda Airport is not as quick or straight forward as it seems from proximity on the map, so either plan the exact route ahead of time or a taxi was not too expensive - £28 one way.

Fresh and good. A little warm in the room, but otherwise great. Helpful and friendly staff and good breakfast!

For business trips, the hotel is close to the client's company and the conditions are acceptable. Although it cannot be compared with the domestic ones, it is clean and tidy.

The location of the hotel is great, the bus station, a shopping center and the subway are all nearby. The cleanliness is very good, as is the breakfast. The only thing I missed in the hotel room was a minibar or a refrigerator. Unfortunately, the cost of the room was charged twice because when I checked out, they forgot that the room had already been paid for in advance. However, after contacting them afterwards, they immediately replied that the error would be corrected and the money would be refunded.

It's a bit far from the city, but the subway is quite convenient. The room is simple, there are no paper towels or kettles. It's OK

It is about 20 minutes away from the central station by car, and it is next to Kista station, a 5-minute walk. There is a large shopping mall connected to the station, which includes a supermarket and a food hall. The room is spacious and the breakfast is adequate

A great hotel, very clean, and with a variety of entertainment facilities. There is a shopping mall next to it, the Southeast Asian restaurant is delicious, not far from the airport, and there is a subway station next to it. I recommend this hotel.

The room is slightly smaller than the pictures. It can meet basic needs, but lacks basic daily necessities, such as a kettle. Maybe the rigid requirements for hotels in Europe are different from those in China. However, there are basic sports facilities in the lobby, which can make up for some of the shortcomings.
