I originally thought this was a decent place to stay until I was called at 11 PM and told that my car was in two spots. I explained that my children had fallen asleep and I was by myself because my parents who had come with us had left earlier in the day to go back to their home. I did not feel comfortable, leaving my children alone, and knowing that the resort was nowhere near full and seeing that I was parked across the street from our unit where plenty of spots were available. I did not think this would be an issue, especially since technically we have two parking tags since my parents had also had one they told me no that they were going to tow my car so I had to wake my children up at 11 PM for absolutely no reason there is plenty of parking. Also don’t be fooled in the sales pitch. We also got trapped on that and nothing was as promised just a waste of time and gas because the place is 20 minutes away.

Our stay was marred by a shockingly rude staff member, less than half my age, at the Activity Center (October 11, 2025). After a text invite for "fun & music," we were scolded like children for using an unmarked door to the fitness center. The staff member shook her finger at us, cut off our explanation, and repeated a dismissive command to exit and go through another door just 5 feet away. It was humiliating. Management was notified agreed that the behavior of the staff member was unacceptable. He then promised to get back with us the next day. He lied. We stayed for three more days and never heard from anyone.
