Nice food. Great location near airport!

Located in Kirishima, 25 miles from Kagoshima Chuo Station, Yakakutei has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge. A bit old but the service and onsen in the room are amazingly good.

The garden environment is very beautiful, and each room is surrounded by a garden. It feels like there are no more than 10 rooms. The room I stayed in has a private hot spring with a wall, and you can't see inside from the outside. It's very comfortable to soak in the private hot spring. When I ate in the restaurant in the hotel on the day of check-in, the diners should be guests, but they should all be Japanese. Although it is very expensive to book on Ctrip, the price for 2 people per night is nearly 6,300 RMB, but the stay experience is still happy. I didn't feel that anyone at the front desk spoke Chinese, but it didn't affect communication. It would be better if there were more vegetarian options. Amitabha.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in is an old hot spring hotel. It is said to have been passed down from generation to generation. The Japanese-style garden design is very beautiful. The Japanese-style room we booked was very spacious and included breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own farm and ingredients. They are all sourced from their own farms, and Wagyu beef can be delivered all over Japan. The breakfast is very exquisite, and for dinner you can enjoy Kaiseki dishes such as Wagyu beef and lobster. The dining service in the room is very good, and you can also choose to eat in the restaurant. The hotel service is very good, providing daily pick-up and drop-off services to the airport, Hayato Station, and Kokubu Station. The hotel staff will proactively ask if you need to make a reservation for pick-up every day, and provide one-on-one pick-up with high-end vehicles. There is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby and free minibars in the rooms. There is a private bath in the room, which can be used indoors or outdoors. The free public bath has three outdoor hot spring pools and one large indoor hot spring pool. The hot spring water is so hot that you will sweat after soaking in it for a while. It is a rare carbonated spring in Japan. Opposite the hotel is a large supermarket with a variety of Kagoshima specialties and fresh ingredients, as well as a convenience store. There is a young lady who can speak Chinese. The whole experience was very good, will definitely come again!

I don't want to give this place even one star, and I won't be returning. I chose this place because I was attracted by the attractive photos I saw online. However, when I actually visited, I was faced with a situation that was far from what I expected. It is an old house in the city, and it gives an old impression. The rooms seem to have been renovated, but they are not luxurious. I had a strong image of a luxury inn, so I was very disappointed by the gap with reality. The inn is located in the center of Kirishima City, not in the Kirishima Onsen area. The unpleasant smell that permeated the entire facility made my stay even more unpleasant. I was surprised when I passed the toilet in the middle of the hallway from the lobby to the guest rooms because it smelled like a toilet. When I entered the women's bathroom, there was a constant smell reminiscent of a hospital intensive care unit or a dirty toilet. The guest rooms were visibly dusty and clearly not well cleaned. I wonder if they cut corners on ventilation and vacuuming when cleaning. The clothes of the male staff serving the food smelled of sweat, which made me question the hygiene management of this inn. The fact that the sauna is not available in the morning and the hair dryers provided are low-quality Saronia products also show that this inn places great importance on cost cutting. This is not a luxury inn. In my honest opinion, the service and facilities of this inn do not match the price paid. I strongly advise other guests to think carefully before choosing this inn. There are many luxury and affordable inns in Kirishima Onsen, so I recommend choosing other inns.

Renovated last year, this inn is full of Japanese style. It is located in an ordinary residential area, with many facilities bearing hot spring symbols. The inn is surrounded by private homes, but it is shielded by walls so it doesn't bother you. Once you pass through the gate, you enter a different world. The courtyard is covered with a carpet of moss, which contrasts beautifully with the trees. We visited on a rainy day, so the greenery stood out even more. Both the indoor and outdoor hot springs were spacious and deep enough. It would be good to have signs directing you from the changing rooms to the baths, and indicating from which position you can enter the outdoor bath. The food was also excellent. It is a little far from Kagoshima city, and far from Kirishima Onsen Go... the location may not be very impressive when it comes to attracting customers... But still, it is definitely worth a visit...

I took a day trip and used the hot springs. When I entered the women's bath, there was a man there. The hair dryer in the men's bath was out of order and no one was there, so he was using it. It seems like it wasn't actually broken. I went there to relax on my day off from work, but I was feeling anxious and confused, which is a shame. I know it's men's fault, but I don't think it's a good idea to have a system that allows the opposite sex to enter easily. In this day and age, not all users are sensible people. Unfortunately, there was no apology from the hotel.
