Location is near to the pier side that you can catch sight of half a dozen of seals. The house comes with a personal garage that provides convenience when u have a lot of shopping and luggage. Overall a great stay!

The Villa is very close to Kingscote jetty, easy access and check in. The unit is spacious for big group of people, equipped with washer and laundry powder for quick laundry. Its kitchen has dish washer. Simple breakfast cereal also provided. We had a comfortable stay even just for 1 night.

The room is very large, with an outdoor terrace, and the toilet is thoughtfully opened for each room. Although there is no dryer, the washing machine is also very convenient. There is a place to dry clothes on the terrace, but the clothes hangers are a bit insufficient. The entire apartment is opposite the sea, and the environment is beautiful.

Excellent location! The bay and the pier are right outside, so it's very convenient to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The locals told us that if we were lucky, there would be dolphins playing near the pier, but we didn't see any dolphins. Sea lions rested at the pier every day!

This apartment hotel is perfect! The hotel is located on the beach, surrounded by restaurants, gas stations (small supermarkets). The apartments are all flats, with two and three bedrooms, but all have one bathroom. We originally booked a two-bedroom apartment, one with a 1.5-wide bed and the other with two single beds. The three-bedroom apartment means two rooms have single beds, because there are four of us and we don’t want to squeeze in. At that time, we checked Ctrip and found that there were still three-bedroom apartments, and it didn’t cost much more, so we found the landlord and asked to change to a three-bedroom apartment. He readily agreed, and there was no need to pay extra, haha, a free upgrade 👍The apartment is very new, with all kinds of facilities, and simple cooking is no problem. In short, perfect 👍

Very suitable for family travel, large living room, washing machine, kitchen utensils are all available, very satisfactory accommodation. Right by the sea, less than an hour drive to Stoke Bay (depending on the speed of the car)

Overall, it was a very good place to stay. It was enough for a family of four, and it was well-cleaned and clean. One thing to note is that there is no staff at the front desk, so you have to call them when you arrive. Therefore, you need a local phone number (SIM). However, the manager's residence seems to be opposite the reception, so if you know this, you may not need a cell phone. Another thing is that it said there was a dryer, but there wasn't one, only a place to hang clothes.
