We stayed here for 1 night as we went to the Winter Festival at the winery. Could not fault our room or the lady who booked us in. We were in the 2 bedroom apartment, which was super modern, very clean & tidy in a great location. Could not recommend this Motel enough. Thank you will definitely stay again & recommend to family & friends.
Perfect hotel for our 2 nights in Kiama!! Bed was comfy, pool & gym with basic equipments are also available for use. Location is near to Kiama blowhole! Would highly recommend
Good location close the township.
Helpful and pleasant staff.
You pay a premium staying on Saturday and the rate is almost halved if staying other days.
Bed was a bit soft (but that’s a personal preference).

I just want to say thanks to Jamie and staff who went out of their way to assist me and my friend last weekend. My friend became quite ill while we were having a drink on Saturday and the staff were so helpful assisting in every way possible. She was I’ll through the night and next day. I rang for a late checkout and Jamie welcomed us to stay as long as we needed. Again thanks for everything and we’ll be back for a try for another girls weekend away. Cheers Gail
We stayed at Shellharbour Village Motel as part of a small group and returned to this motel because we found it very comfortable on a previous visit. It is in a quiet location (no traffic noise or noisy passers-by) and is a short walk from the waterfront and close to a supermarket, specialty shops and a number of excellent restaurants and cafes. The rooms have been recently refurbished and were spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed, extra blankets and tea and coffee making facilites. All members of our group were very happy with the accommodation.
Anything but a resort, honestly. BUT Pros: Upon deciding that my mum will be coming with me, i called reception and informed them if they're able to upgrade me from a single bed room to 2 bed rooms. There is a charge though ($10 from memory). The rooms are divided between upstairs and downstairs. When i got there i realized the room was upstairs which wasn't convenient for my elderly mother, staff happily changed it to the ground level. Ground level rooms are VERY accessible and safe with parking straight infront of the room. Beds very comfy. Room very room, didn't even need the AC. They had in room service if need be. Location great. Close to multiple shops and major centers as well as great beaches! They offer after hours self check in which is great. Room are very secure. Cons: Stayed for few nights with my mum for work purposes. Since i was away on site working, my mum had the leisure of observing the cleaning ladies cleaning routines. The lady used the same rag to clean the bathroom sink and floor to clean the kitchen cabinets, countertops and other furniture in the room. Called reception immediately and notified them. They apologized and said they'll chat with them before their next round. Room was small, with limited in-room facilities. Only kettle and toaster was provided. As well as an ancient microwave and a mini fridge that doesn't provide appropriate circular air to keep items cool. Mugs and plates are provided. But bring your own like we did just for extra cleanliness. No sink outside of the bathroom's one which is very gross to clean your dishes. Now the bathroom! Holly crap. Terrible. Small, not clean, very old and moldy. I hated going in there to do my business when i had to. Best part about it is the shower, very warm water. Lighting is horrible. In room service food as well as the local restaurant food was horrible and expensive. Save your money and don't order anything from within the 'resort'. There's many others nearby cafes and restos nearby. Staff a bit standoff ish. Couldn't be bothered to explain few things that i've asked. For the price that was paid, just stay elsewhere.

Excellent accommodation indeed. We stayed in Deluxe 2 Bedroom Spa Cabin. Two aircons and ceiling fans made the air fresh. Proper size fridge, oven, stove, microwave. DVD player and TV (another in master bedroom). Proper table and chairs at veranda as well as in living room. Electric BBQ at veranda, sink and tap there too. Spa is marvellous. Short walk to the beach. Jumping pillow for kids (in the kids playground). Quiet park between 10PM and 7AM. Cabin was clean and well prepared for our check in, thanks. Effficient and friendly staff, thanks. We will come here again!
Booked one night for $150 Kings room Next night booked again and couldn’t get kings room so got queens bed for $160 Went to bar asked for a stout no stout but the 10 feet corridor to the bottle shop sold lots of different stouts ordered a double rum can’t serve double rums I’m 67 some kid can tell me what I can and can’t drink 😎 Then we odered dinner drank two drinks and finally asked how is our meal going and told seven orders in front of us so we bailed The kids play area is popular if that’s your scene then this is the pub for you
The wedding we had to go to was in Gerringong which was about 20 minutes away from the Motel. Couldn’t do an early checkin. We arrived and checked in at the bottle shop next door to the motel. Had to take a room upstairs as the rooms down stairs had no air con. Had a quick bite at hotel next door which was quite good. The room in the motel was clean and had microwave, kitchen sink and tea facilities. Parking was off road. In the morning we had McDonalds for breakfast which was next to the hotel.
